Self Topography on Paper - Exhibition -

Workshop program.
Join us for an immersive workshop where we will explore the intricate and captivating world of insects. Through careful observation of their shapes, textures, and structures, we will draw inspiration from these tiny creatures to transform our insights into paper creations.

This workshop is an invitation to experiment with the versatile nature of paper. Using a combination of water, wire, and various tools, we will explore techniques that allow us to replicate and reinterpret the delicate forms found in the insect world. Whether it's the delicate wings of a butterfly, the segmented body of a beetle, or the intricate patterns of a dragonfly’s wing, you’ll learn how to capture these elements in paper, creating pieces that reflect the beauty and complexity of the natural world.

This five-hour workshop is designed for participants of all levels, from beginners to experienced artists. We encourage you to bring your curiosity and creativity as we dive into this experimental process. Our focus will be on exploration and discovery, with guidance provided every step of the way to help you unlock the full potential of your materials.

Date: Saturday, September 14th
